Revenge is sweet.

So here it is at long last, the sequel to Phlovomites vs. Spatulons! Started this in late August... or early September last year as far as I recall. It's taking an IMMENSE amount of time to complete... it's been a long journey... blood, sweat and tears... but I got there in the end.

This is amazing! all the bright colors just pop right out at me! I can not beleive how you could have possible drawn all of this. I mean your shading is to a fantastic perfection and everything is well in proportions. And the best part about this is the characters are original ( i espeacilly like the ones with spatula tails

I can not wait to see more of your work. And i really hope you do more peices like this because it pops out... ALOT

Oh and good job with the sky! it is very unique. And usualy i give a suggestion on my critiques but this i have no suggestions

VISION: This picture's vision is fantastic ranging from the dark decayed Phlovomite city to the lushiously decorated star's and sky. Both the phlovomite's and Spatulon's are shaded to perfection with not a vector out of place. The texture of the trees is very nice and the fire from the spatulon-ships bullet's is perfect. The sky look's beautiful with the star's , clouds and planet's. On a whole the vision has made me say WOW!!!!!

ORIGINALITY: Well what could be more original? Splapp has used his own character's and his own setting's meaning for total originality. I would say something about the "Wally" cameo but it's actually a phlovomite dressed up as wally , so even in a cameo of a character which isn't his , splapp has made it his own.

TECHNIQUE: Splapp's technique is superb , whether it be his shading , drawing or Special effect's. The way the character's have been drawn is splapp's own technique of how he draw's his character's , plant's and building's. The shading technique is perfect , you get a real sense of light and dark in this picture. The special effect's such as fire , tree texture and the night sky , are all amazing in the way they have been done.

IMPACT: As soon as i click the link on my message's my face lit up at the sight of the gorgeous sky and then turned to laughter at the phlovomite flipping the spatulon off. It definately hit m straight away that this picture was going in my fav's collection!

CONCLUSION: So splapp , you have outdone yourself! And to think i used to consider Phlovomite's vs. spatulon's as my fav pic of your's....this has really broken the bar. What's better is that i could spend hour's gazing into the beauty of it and then you have all those hidden character's and situation's. This added load's of longetivity on the end.

Now i hate giving something 5 out of 5 because i believe there is alway's something that can be improved but looking at this...I can't find a single thing! Everything has been executed perfectly from the spatulon's colour to the phlovomite's expression's. You really have putdone yourself splapp so well done

Well worth the seven month's eh?
