Super Smash Bros. Brawl-Based Moveset for Tom Nook

Intro
Walks on stage and waves to the opponents.
Taunt
Up: Says, "Feel free to browse, but try not to carouse, ho ho!"
Side: Holds out a bag of Bells, looks at it, and puts it away.
Down: Throws a carpet down, making the floor change texture below him briefly.
Basic Attack
Neutral: He punches. -> He punches again. -> He headbutts the opponent.
Up: He headbutts upwards.
Side: He kicks forward.
Down: He kicks all around him.
Air Attack
Neutral: He does a front flip.
Up: He jabs upward with a shovel.
Forward: He jabs forward with an axe.
Backward: He jabs backward with a net.

My strange urge to do Timesplitters FatArt continues, with this fellow... Leo Krupps. Leo was a Lion Tamer, but he spent too much time hanging around lions, and he eventually turned into one. And now, he spends his time roaring, licking his arse-crack and dribbling in cages.

'Twas hand-drawn, then coloured in using PSP7. The whole of the colouring took about 1 hour 15 mins. 15 mins of that was adding the colours and shading. The other HOUR was adding all the individual hairs. Heavens to Betsy!

You could've easily done that hair in about 10 - 15 mins. Unless PSP 7 is as crap as I recall it to be.
