Oh looky! It's Emperor Tachyon, the antagonist from Ratchet and Clank: Tools of Destruction! 
I did this picture waaaaay back in 2007, but never uploaded it because I didn't particularly like it. Looking back at it now though... ain't so bad. AIN'T SO BAD, BRO. It's just his mouth... it looks wrong, and it makes me weep blood.
Cannot wait for A Crack in Time. My appetite and pants are both suitably whet.

I feel a tiny bit bad for him at the end, at least we know that ratchet may someday free the Lombaxes
